For three days the fair hosted around 70 exhibitors presenting brands from 20 different countries, both private and public, which exhibited the latest trends and solutions for the mountain industry.
This excellent result obtained by Chile in Bocuse d’Or is added to the American title obtained by the Chilean team La Roja Dulce, which also qualified for the Grand Final of the Pastry World Cup, during the competitions held in Santiago.
The fair was well attended by the healthcare world and generated great opportunities for new business.
